The terms "user," "you" and "his / hers" and other analogous terms refer to any visitor to the Website, including any potential or current user, of the services, platforms, and tools offered on the website.
Within the website, the user will be able to find publications, images, videos, comments, articles, writings, and news related on the subject of United States Immigration. All uses of these materials, other than strictly personal, are prohibited.
In addition to that, the website offers access to an online platform (hereinafter "platform") to coordinate appointments and meetings with an legal representative at MGA Law LLC. This platform consists of a series of options to request orientation with a lawyer familiar with the United States immigration law, a calendar to separate the date and time, and a payment option for said orientation. In it, the name, email address and telephone number of the person who is scheduling the appointment is requested. After the appointment is scheduled, the company provides a form with a questionnair in simple language to obtain information that will help our team provide the best orientation possible. Once the user finishes and submits the questionnair, and pays the fees established for the service, the company receives the user's information, and provides an orientation guided to the client's needs.
The payments received by the company through the website constitute remuneration on the part of the users for the use of this online platform, the coordination and orientation that will be carried out in a detail and guide matter in relation to the particular and individual needs of each case. If no payment is received from the user, the user understands that the Company will not be providing the scheduled orientation. The payments received by the Company through this platform DOES NOT MEAN A RETENTION OF THE LEGAL SERVICES OR REPRESENTATION IN ANY CASE. THE CORDINATION OF CONSULTLS OR ORIENTATIONS THROUGH THE PAGE DOES NOT ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OR RETEINMENT OF OUR SERVICES. The Company DOES NOT CHARGE ANY AMOUNT OF FEES TO BE PAID TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT BY ANY PERSON WHO WISHES TO APPLY FOR A BENEFIT UNDER THE IMMIGRATION LAWS OF THAT COUNTRY. THE PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY DO NOT INCLUDE THESE FEES. THESE FEES MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY BY THE USER TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AS PART OF THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING YOUR IMMIGRATION FORMS AND APPLYING FOR BENEFITS UNDER US IMMIGRATION LAWS.
MGA Law LLC is a law firm, and not a government agency. The company is not affiliated in any way with the United States government, or any other governmental entity, in or outside the United States. The information in the comments, materials, articles, writings and news on the website can NOT be taken as legal advice, explicitly or implicitly, nor is it a substitute for legal advice that you can obtain from a lawyer duly licensed to practice law in your place of residence. The information in said comments, materials, articles, writings and news on the website simply represent the opinion of the author thereof on the issues discussed there. The Company is not responsible for the information that the user provides in the questionnaires of the online platform, or anywhere else on the website. By extension, the Company is not responsible for the user information that the online platform may send to the company when the user completes and submits the questionnaires of said system. The user has the obligation to verify and ensure that the information entered on the online platform is correct, complete and accurate.
The Company will always keep information on the page regarding the current guidelines of the United States immigration law for its users. However, MGA Immigration Lawyer does not have control nor does it represent to have control over changes that the United States government may incorporate at any time regarding immigration law in the United States having these direct consequences in your immigration cases, and requesting benefits under immigration laws, with or without prior notice to the public.
The minimum age to use this website is 21 years old. If you are not 21 years of age, or have the legal capacity to consent and accept the terms and conditions of a contract according to the state or territory of your residence, you may not use this website.

Cancelation Policy
The company provides and appointment scheduling system. MGA Law LLC provides a secure payment method throughout LawPay Co., www.lawpay.com. Appointments must be made at least 24 hrs in advance of the desired time and date. In addition, the payment must be 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the company does not receive the payment established for the online scheduling orientation service, the appointment time and date will be freed to receive new bookings and your appointment canceled.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, you will have a period of up to 24 hours to request a new date at no additional cost. If you request a cancellation it must be within a period prior to 48 hours before your appointment, if you request it later or you do not show up for your appointment, there will be no refund of money, but you may be assigned a credit for an appointment on a later date.
Online appointment scheduling does NOT establish an attorney-client relationship nor should it be considered a retainer of our legal representation in your case.
Use of the website and our services

The company does not represent, indicate, guarantee, or assure in any way that the content of the website or services, regardless of their origin, is accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or free of errors. For this reason, the user relieves the company, its officers, employees, advisors, shareholders, attorneys, partners, and successors in title MGA Law LLC from all responsibility for any inaccuracy, error or imperfection in the content of the website or the services offered there. These third service providers are used for the collection of data that is used to provide services, such as a complete and personalized orientation. As part of the agreement with Docketwise, Zapier, Google., and LawPay this third service provides users of the online platform with a cryptographic and secure connection to the internet browser used at that time. By using the online platform, you consent that your Personal Information will be processed and transmitted directly from your internet browser to www.docketwise.com, and any other third service provider that will facilitate in providing you services. with the use of the online platform, you consent that your Personal Information and / or materials that contain your Personal Information will be transmitted directly by www.zapier.com, or any other third service providers, to the email address that you provide online on the company's platform.

Applicable Law, Mediation and Forum Selection.
This agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The exclusive place for any arbitration or judicial proceeding based on or arising from this agreement will be the Superior or Municipal Court of San Juan. The parties agree to try to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy that arises from or is related to this agreement through mediation, which will be carried out in accordance with the mediation procedures in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or any other procedure that the parties agree. The parties agree that their participation in good faith in mediation is a prerequisite for proceeding with any other available legal or administrative remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures.
Separability
If any term, provision, agreement or condition of this agreement is declared illegal, void or null by any arbitrator, mediator or court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the provisions of this agreement will remain in effect.
